Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

  • Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel any of our IT services, including web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, social media management, UI/UX design, or any other services we offer (collectively, the "Services"), you must notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start date of the service. Cancellations received after this period may be subject to charges.
  • Cancellation by NextOnCode: We reserve the right to cancel or terminate our Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of our Terms of Service, or any other breaches of our policies.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Services Not Rendered: If you cancel a service in accordance with our cancellation policy, and we have not begun providing the service, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds for Partially Rendered Services: If you cancel a service after we have begun providing the service but have not completed it, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
  • No Refunds for Completed Services: We do not offer refunds for services that have been fully completed and delivered to your satisfaction.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request.
